Our Members
In 2007 Congress passed a bill authorizing funding for nonprofit consortia of children’s hospitals with the expressed purpose of promoting new medical devices designed for the pediatric population. PMDI answered this request by organizing a group of children’s hospitals, medical device manufacturers and educational institutions focused on identifying clinical needs and developing solutions to meet those needs. Each consortia member has pledged to work together to improve the delivery of technology to these pediatric patients.
Currently, our members are broken into 3 categories: Board of Directors, Consortium Charter Members and Advisory Commitee.
